Workout 061509

Made a Bulgarian Sandbag from directions on DragonDoor forum. It is sweet, like it more than my old sandbag. Tested it out in a workout...

Great core and grip workout. Lots of fun.

Posted the video. Just get an automobile tire innertube, cut about 1/4 of it out so you are left with a horseshoe, zip tie one end, fill it with sand but I think I should have used rubber mulch instead (wont leak and lighter), zip tie the other end, and then duct tape the handles heavily. Mine leaks a bit of sand through the handle but I don't care as it is hardly any.
