Felt Good Afterwards. The Power Putty has improved the grippers a lot. Timber ties were one after another and easy;I am waiting for my fat bastard bag to come.

I pulled out the old RKC book and remembered how much I liked the freedom of the old RKC. I am thinking I will do some snatches, jerks, and mix in bodyweight movements and grip stuff. No need to come up with an elaborate plan.
