LCCJ 1x1min @ 6RPM

Supposed to do 345x5 but maxed at 430 on deadlift a couple weeks ago using staggered grip but I train with the overhand grip so I need to recalculate my lifts with less than 430. Mid back was tight so scratched the long cycle.
