Supposed to do 345x5 but maxed at 430 on deadlift a couple weeks ago using staggered grip but I train with the overhand grip so I need to recalculate my lifts with less than 430. Mid back was tight so scratched the long cycle.

My friend Jane Easly hooked me up with some competition bells. She runs classes in Chagrin Falls Cleveland's Best Kettlebell Gym! . I messed around with LCCJ (about 7-8 sets of 1 or 2 minutes) and some snatches. They are definitely different, but I like them a lot.
