Workout 032509

Mvo2 15:15 16kg 26 sets of 7

Bought the book so figured I would try to go through the progression. Plus deadlifting everyday was not working well with all the BJJ.

it is short. some of the explanations of how and why a heart works are way above my head. but i like it because he spells out the progressions from the 15:15 to 36:26 to BOOST to Mslap and LAT protocols(not sure on names for the last two). I would say get it at the library unless you really want to go through all of those progressions. but i like kettlebells and like reading about them so i'm glad i bought it.
